Is seeking a separation permissible or forbidden after the marriage contract has been written, due to discomfort with the fiancé being divorced with a son, and his father being imprisoned?

It is not permissible for a woman to seek divorce or khul’ from her husband without a legitimate Shar’i reason. What was mentioned, such as him being divorced, or having a son from a previous marriage, or his father being in prison, does not make it permissible for her. However, if she dislikes remaining under his marital bond and fears shortcomings in fulfilling his rights, then it is permissible for her to seek khul’ in exchange for compensation that she pays to him. It is advisable to be patient and consider the matter of separation in a way that is most beneficial for her. There is no harm for the husband in visiting his son and taking care of him, and he has the right to go out and travel for his affairs without neglecting his wife’s rights.
