Scholars have unanimously agreed on the impermissibility of abortion after the ensoulment (120 days), unless the continuation of the pregnancy poses a definite danger to the mother's life and there is no way to save her except through abortion. As for the fetus not growing normally, this does not permit abortion. So, if there is a real danger to the mother's life, as reported by trustworthy doctors, then abortion is permissible; otherwise, it is not.
