Is it permissible to pray behind an imam who openly shows and supports secularism, and calls on people to vote for a secular list?

We have previously clarified in earlier fatwas that secularism is disbelief (kufr), as is advocating for it. As for a person who claims to be a Muslim yet adheres to secularism, a ruling of disbelief cannot be made against them until their situation is investigated, conditions are met, and impediments are absent. If the conditions are met for such a person, then they are ruled to be a disbeliever, and prayer behind them is not valid. Therefore, we cannot rule on the specific person mentioned; the question should be directed to someone who has knowledge of their situation.
