Is it permissible to use jailbreaking to download paid programs for free?

There is no sin upon you for downloading those programs because you downloaded them due to a misunderstanding of the fatwa, as Allah Almighty says: (And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful). It is necessary to be careful not to act upon a fatwa until one is certain of understanding it. It is not permissible to continue to benefit from these programs and applications that were downloaded unlawfully. They must be deleted, and if you wish to benefit from any of them, you must download them again while paying their value.
