Does the ablution of one who suffers from urinary incontinence and slight seminal discharge become void after sunrise if he performed ablution before sunrise?

The majority of Hanbalis, Shafi'is, and the jurists of opinion (Ahl al-Ra'y) hold that a woman experiencing irregular vaginal bleeding (mustahadah) and a person suffering from urinary incontinence ( سلس البول ) must perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer. Their ablution becomes invalid when the time for that prayer exits. Accordingly, if a person with urinary incontinence wishes to pray the Duha prayer, they must perform ablution after sunrise, and their ablution performed before sunrise will not suffice.
