Does Ibn Taymiyyah's fatwa, which states that one who prays in a ritially impure garment because no other is available is not required to repeat the prayer, also apply to a ritually impure body? And is it permissible to act upon it out of necessity when the body and garment are contaminated with urine due to intermittent urinary incontinence, especially given the suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder related to purity and prayer, despite adhering to the Maliki school of thought?

"Natr" (shaking) and "Salt" (pulling) have not been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and they are a cause for obsessive doubts (waswasa). The basic principle is that a person purifies himself when the discharge of impurity ceases. However, if there is a medical condition that causes urine to not stop except by natr or salt, then it is prescribed in that case to stop the flow of impurity. This should be done gently with the use of a tissue to prevent the spread of impurity, and one should sprinkle water on the clothes to ward off obsessive doubts. If that does not help, then it is better to abandon all of that and stand up after the urine stops, sprinkle water on the garment, and not be preoccupied with what comes after that. A small amount of impurities is excused, especially for someone afflicted with such a condition. Purifying oneself from urine is related to one's ability, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.
