Is it permissible to seek divorce due to false accusations of adultery and sorcery, and physical abuse and ill-treatment from the husband and his family, and the severe psychological harm resulting therefrom?

Do not wish for death because of an affliction, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Let none of you wish for death due to an affliction that has befallen him. If he must wish for something, let him say: 'O Allah, keep me alive as long as life is good for me, and cause me to die when death is good for me.'" Discuss with your husband the obligation of good companionship. If that does not help, seek the assistance of some wise people to guide him. If that also does not help, then you have the right to seek divorce or khul'.
