What is the religious ruling on a wife seeking divorce due to harm, because of her husband's repeated lying to her and to others, his transgression against her by taking money, his slandering of her reputation, his abandonment of their daughter, in addition to the psychological and legal harms he has caused her?

Lying, stealing, and falsely accusing Muslims are grave sins that incur Allah's wrath. A husband persisting in these grave sins despite admonition permits the wife to seek a divorce due to the harm inflicted upon her. Scholars have stipulated that harm permits the wife to seek a divorce. Furthermore, a husband's transgression (fisq) permits a woman to seek a divorce from him, especially if she has made an effort to rectify him but he has not responded.
