What you did by telling the college registrar that you are not employed, while you are, involves two Sharia-related prohibitions:

1. Lying: This is a violation of Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with the truthful." (At-Tawbah: 119), and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt, for truthfulness is tranquility and lying is doubt." 2. Violating the college's admission requirements: As they stipulate the approval of the employer for the student to dedicate themselves to studies, and your violation led you to a predicament between neglecting work or studies.

The advice is to take leave from your work, or coordinate with the officials at work and the college. As for the allowance, do not take it until you regularize your situation with the college, and what you took previously must be returned to them, or seek permission from those authorized to grant it.
