Is the ruling on working for a maintenance and operation company for the Central Bank the same as the ruling on working in banks, and does the ruling change if it is stipulated not to work there and to move to another place?

It is not permissible to work in the Central Bank, whether directly or in a company that operates and maintains its equipment, because it entails cooperation in sin and aggression. This is because the Central Bank is responsible for determining usurious interest rates and enacting laws that violate Islamic Sharia (definition).

If the maintenance and operation company works in permissible fields, there is no objection to that. However, you must not accept work in any branch that deals with what is forbidden by Sharia.
