How can the actions of people be created, such as the act of studying, even though they are among the levels of destiny like creation?

Allah Almighty is the Creator of His servants and their actions. He is the Creator of everything. So, He is the Creator of every doer and their deed, every mover and their movement, and every still one and their stillness. Servants have ability and will, and Allah Almighty is their Creator, and the Creator of their ability, their will, their sayings, and their actions. It is He who granted these to them and enabled them to perform them, making them truly inherent in them and attributed to them. According to these, they were obligated, and upon them, they are rewarded or punished. Allah Almighty did not burden them beyond their capacity. So, Allah Almighty is the Creator of the servant and their will to study, and their act of doing so.
