Do the symptoms you suffer from, such as recurrent nightmares, obsessive-compulsive disorder in ablution (Wudu'), hearing internal voices uttering words of disbelief (Kufr), the desire to die, and suicidal thoughts, indicate that you are bewitched? And is spending a long time in the bathroom one of the symptoms of witchcraft?

Your description does not necessarily mean you are afflicted with magic. Rather, you are afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering), and its optimal cure is to turn away from it and pay no attention to it during ablution, prayer, or any other acts of worship. Do not pay attention to the whispers of Satan concerning the validity of your ablution, nor to the whispers concerning creed, for they will not harm you as long as you dislike them. Seek refuge in Allah from them. You should also not stay in the restroom longer than necessary. Be diligent in supplication and in performing legal ruqyah (exorcism) from the Quran and Sunnah.
