The question

What should I do regarding the abundance of doubts and whisperings (waswas) related to nocturnal emission (احتلام), ritual bathing (غُسل), and acts of worship (عبادات)? And how can I distinguish between what must be done and what must not, while ignoring the whisperings? And am I excused شرعًا (religiously/legally) in this situation, given that I have become like a sick person?

The answer

Turning away from obsessive thoughts is the most beneficial cure for them. The one afflicted by them is commanded to discard them and not pay attention to them, and he is in the position of a sick person for whom Allah has lifted the burden. (ritual bath) is only obligatory when the emission of maniy (sperm/seminal fluid) is certain. If there is doubt, nothing is required. If someone finds an obstruction after performing ghusl and it is possible that it appeared afterward, they should consider it as such and rule their purification valid.
