Is the questioner considered to be a person afflicted by obsessive doubts (waswasi) and do the rulings regarding not paying attention to doubt apply to him, especially if his doubt is valid in matters such as not bowing in prayer? And does ghusl from janabah remove the major ritual impurity (hadath al-akbar) by intention and by covering the entire body with water? And what is the ruling on doubting the emission of madhy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) daily or at intermittent times, and is there a remedy for that?

If you are afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering/doubts), the best cure for it is to ignore it and pay no attention to it. So, no matter how much you doubt having missed a part of ritual purification (taharah (definition)) or an act of prayer (salat), do not pay attention to the doubt. Be firm in the conviction that your worship is correct. The proof for this is Allah’s saying: "And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty" and "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity." As for the ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) mentioned, it is sufficient. If you doubt the emission of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), do not pay attention to the doubt and do not investigate. If you are certain of its emission, then what is required for madhiy emission is obligatory upon you. However, ghusl is not obligatory due to doubting the emission of maniy (seminal fluid). In short, turn away from waswasah in all matters of religion.
