Is it permissible for two daughters, who will experience their menstrual cycle before ʾIḥrām, to perform ʾIḥrām from the Mīqāt and perform only the Saʿy, postponing Ṭawāf al-Qudūm and Ṭawāf al-Ifāḍah until they become pure? And is one Ṭawāf sufficient for Ṭawāf al-Qudūm, Ṭawāf al-Ifāḍah, and Ṭawāf al-Wadāʿ combined? What if menstruation continues beyond the Days of Tashrīq, and they are required to return to Abhā and then travel to Egypt?

A menstruating woman may enter into the state of ihram for Hajj and perform all rituals except circumambulating the Kaaba (Tawaf al-Bayt) and entering the mosque until she purifies herself. If she menstruates after performing Tawaf, she may perform Sa'i (the ritual walk between Safa and Marwa). However, if she menstruates before performing Tawaf, she should not perform Sa'i.

Tawaf al-Qudum (Arrival Circumambulation) is waived for a menstruating woman.

It is permissible to delay Tawaf al-Ifadah (Circumambulation of Departure) until the time of Tawaf al-Wada' (Farewell Circumambulation) and combine them with a single intention.

Tawaf al-Wada' is waived for menstruating and post-natal bleeding women.

If a woman fears menstruation before Tawaf al-Ifadah and cannot remain in Makkah, she may use medication to prevent menstruation. If that is not possible, she may perform Tawaf while menstruating out of necessity, provided she takes precautions to prevent blood from dripping.
