What is the ruling on associating cold with joking or cracking jokes, such as saying: "Cold doesn't know how to joke"?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to joke, but he only spoke the truth. If joking adheres to the Sharia guidelines, there is no sin or harm in it, whether it involves mentioning the cold or anything else. The statement mentioned does not appear to contain any Sharia prohibitions.
