How is the inheritance divided among the deceased's heirs, namely: four sons, two full nephews, two wives, and one full sister?

If the heirs are limited to only two wives and four sons, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the two wives receive one-eighth of the inheritance equally, due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remaining portion is distributed to the four sons by way of ta'sib (agnatic succession), equally among them.

The full sister and the two sons of the full brother receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the presence of the son.

The inheritance is to be divided into thirty-two shares: the two wives receive four shares (two shares for each), and each son receives seven shares.

The matter of inheritances must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
