How is the inheritance divided among the deceased's heirs: 3 full brothers, 4 half-brothers (from the father's side), 2 wives, 4 full sisters, and 2 half-sisters (from the father's side)?

If the deceased leaves no heirs other than two wives and full brothers and sisters, then:

The two wives: They receive one-fourth (1/4) as a prescribed share, divided equally between them (due to the absence of a descending heir), based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is the fourth of what you leave if you have no child." The full brothers and sisters: They receive the remainder by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, males and females, then for the male is the like of the share of two females." Brothers and sisters from the father's side: They do not inherit, as they are excluded by the full brothers.

Distribution of the inheritance: The inheritance is divided into forty shares: For the two wives: Ten shares (five for each). For each full brother: Six shares. For each full sister: Three shares.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely merely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
