Is it permissible to photograph and publish 21 pages of a book for teaching the German language, containing translated words and grammar, knowing that the book consists of 190 pages?

Contemporary scholars have differed regarding the extent to which copyrights and intellectual property rights are considered. The jurisprudential opinion (mufta bihi) is that they are to be considered absolutely. However, there is no harm in photographing certain pages of a book and adding something of your own production, such as translating words, because this is closer to quoting than to infringing upon rights, provided that the photographed pages are attributed to their original source.
