Will I be punished in my grave if I die before I can pay the expiation for 300 oaths that I broke due to obsessive-compulsive disorder?

It is advisable to ignore obsessive thoughts and not pay attention to them, and not to use oaths in this regard, because excessive swearing is blameworthy in Islamic law. Details regarding oaths: If the breaking of the oath is due to obsessive thoughts, then there is no expiation, because it is in the meaning of compulsion. If the breaking of the oath is not due to obsessive thoughts, then there are several cases: If one swears a second oath after breaking the first and atoning for it, a second expiation is required. If one swears a second oath after breaking the first and before atoning for it, then an expiation is required for each broken oath according to the majority of scholars, and one expiation according to the Hanbalis. If one swears a second oath before breaking the first, then one expiation is required according to the most preponderant opinion. As for performing the expiation, if the reason for breaking the oath is a sin, it must be done immediately; otherwise, it is recommended to hasten it. It is not possible to rule on the matter of grave torment, because Allah forgives His servant and pardons him if he repents.
