Why did God permit hunting with a trained dog?

Allah permitted hunting with trained dogs as a facilitation and mercy to His servants, as stated in the Holy Quran: {And what you have taught of hunting animals, training them as Allah has taught you. So eat of what they catch for you, and mention the name of Allah upon it}, and in the noble Sunnah. The wisdom behind the legality of hunting is to make it easy for people to obtain wild animals that are difficult to slaughter by normal methods, while emphasizing that শরী'ah rulings are to be followed even if their wisdom is unknown. The believer submits to the command of Allah and His Messenger, and seeking wisdom is permissible if the goal is knowledge, but forbidden if the goal is mere compliance when the reason becomes apparent.
