Is it considered permissible or forbidden to take money in exchange for helping people forge official documents to obtain a driver's license in a foreign country?

The Shari'ah forbids lying, deception, and forgery. Therefore, it is not permissible to forge documents or to have someone take the test on behalf of the license applicant, as this exposes lives to danger. However, if the license applicant is capable of driving and deserves the license, and their inability to pass the test is due to not knowing the country's language, then there is no harm in paying money to obtain it. It is not permissible for someone to make forgery their livelihood, because by doing so, they are committing false testimony, which could lead to the loss of lives and destruction of property.
