Will the questioner be absolved of responsibility before Allah Almighty after his employer forgives him for his action, knowing that he used to work a full day and take his wages and the wages of his colleague who was absent?

Some scholars believe that a general forgiveness clears liability in this world and the Hereafter, while others maintain that clearance is not valid unless the right is specified and known.
