How can one absolve oneself of responsibility and acquire lawful sustenance, knowing that there is a shortage in working hours with the approval of the general manager who is not the owner of the capital, and is the manager entitled to absolve himself of responsibility given the difficulty of reaching the owners?

It is not permissible for an employee to leave before the end of official working hours or to be late for their beginning without an excuse, because doing so violates the agreed-upon condition, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Whatever you fell short in, you can seek absolution for it from the company's general manager if he is authorized, otherwise, you should estimate the value of the hours you were absent and return it to the workplace's fund.
