How do I pray Istikhara for Hajj?

Istikhara prayer is performed when one is hesitant between two matters and does not know which is better. It is not prescribed for performing acts of obedience like the obligatory Hajj, which, according to the majority of scholars, must be performed immediately if one has the capability. However, for someone who has already performed the obligatory Hajj, performing Hajj again is supererogatory (mustahabb), and in this case, he may perform Istikhara to seek guidance from Allah regarding whether to perform Hajj this year or in another year.
