What should I do to attain the reward of the patient ones, given the presence of some unease, and when is this reward forfeited by expressing discontent or by speaking to people?

Whoever desires to attain the reward of the patient must observe beautiful patience (al-Sabr al-Jameel), which is patience free from panic or complaining to anyone other than Allah the Almighty. There is no harm in mentioning pain as long as it does not reach the point of vexation or objection to Allah's decree, as narrated in the story of Ayyub (peace be upon him) and the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "Rather, my head! Oh, my head!"
