Is it permissible for a woman who has recently converted to Islam and carries her mother's name to take her husband's name after her conversion?

Adultery is forbidden in all divine laws. Islam approves the marriage of people of other religions if it conforms to their law and they do not refer to us for the contract. As for adultery and casual relationships, they are invalid in both laws. A child born out of wedlock is not attributed to the adulterer but to the mother, whether the adulterers are Muslims or non-Muslims; scholars have agreed on this. Moreover, Islam has forbidden attributing a child to anyone other than his father, for whoever claims to belong to other than his father, while knowing, is not of him. Therefore, the situation of the sister who recently embraced Islam is correct. If she is compelled to attribute a man's name, she can choose a compound, unspecific name, and it is not permissible for her to attribute the child to her husband.
