Does the divorce of an angry man take effect upon his menstruating wife during the daytime in Ramadan?

Divorce takes place in a state of anger unless the divorcing person is not in their right mind. The fact that the wife is menstruating does not prevent the occurrence of divorce according to the general consensus of scholars. If the divorce does not complete the three (talaqs), then it is permissible for the husband to take back his wife before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah). The spouses must live together in kindness and resolve disputes with wisdom.
