Is working on searching for images that are not copyrighted and uploading them to a specific website permissible or forbidden (Halal or Haram)?

It is permissible to upload pictures for a commission if they are permissible according to Sharia, do not contain any prohibitions, and their owner permits their publication. However, if they contain a prohibition, such as pictures of unveiled women, or if they are copyrighted and their owner does not permit their publication, then it is not permissible. For Allah Almighty's bounty is only attained through obedience to Him, as stated in the Hadith: "Indeed, the Holy Spirit inspired in my heart that no soul will die until it completes its term and receives its full provision. So, fear Allah and be moderate in seeking (provision). And let not the delay in receiving provision lead anyone of you to seek it by disobeying Allah, for indeed, what is with Allah Almighty is only attained through obedience to Him."
