His statement "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced": if he intended emphasis, then it is a single pronouncement added to the first, making it two pronouncements of divorce, and he can reconcile with her. If he intended a new pronouncement or had no intention, then each repetition counts as a pronouncement, making the total four pronouncements, and she is irrevocably divorced from him.
