What is the ruling on lying to obtain a work leave?

As long as the employer stipulates that leave is granted for the purpose of marriage, it is not permissible for you to resort to deception and lies to circumvent this condition, based on Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's saying (peace be upon him): "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If your travel resulted in a violation of the company's rights or you obtained money from it without entitlement, you must contact the company to restore the right or seek forgiveness.
