Does a divorce occur if the husband says: "I am divorced if he goes to my brothers' house," then his intention becomes limited to their house in America only, knowing that he initially divorced her without restricting it to a place, and does this include Pakistan or any other place? And what if one of the brothers dies and the house belongs to the deceased, can the husband visit his sister in it?

If the husband says to his wife, "You are divorced if I go to your brother's house," and he intended to prevent himself from going, then he must offer expiation for an oath (kaffarat yameen) if he goes. However, if he intended divorce, then it takes effect if he goes. The specification of "your brother" and "his house" depends on the husband's intention. If he had no intention, then the reason for the oath (sabab al-yameen) is applied. If the husband uttered this while in a state of extreme anger, the divorce does not take effect.
