Is it permissible for the driver to ask the passenger to cancel the ride request through the company's app and complete the ride outside the app to benefit from the full fare without the company's percentage deduction?

There is no harm in the commission charged by applications such as "Uber" and "Careem" because it is in exchange for benefiting the driver and providing customers. If a customer places an order through the application, the company is entitled to the agreed-upon commission (25% of the fare). It is not permissible to resort to deception to revoke the company's right and unlawfully consume its money, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, DO NOT CONSUME ONE ANOTHER’S WEALTH UNLAWFULLY BUT ONLY [IN LAWFUL] TRADE BY MUTUAL CONSENT FROM YOU.﴾ And as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: «Muslims are bound by their conditions,» and «Deceit and treachery are in the Fire.» Therefore, it is not permissible for you to ask the customer to cancel the order from the application to transport them away from the company and deprive it of its commission.
