A wife leaving her home without her husband's permission is not permissible except in cases of necessity, such as fear for her life or property, or seeking justice from a judge. If she leaves for these reasons, she must return after fulfilling her need. It is not permissible for her to stay at her father's house and refuse to return. She must repent and return to her home, and the husband must be gentle with her and avoid harming her.
