If a husband's anger is severe when uttering a divorce, and he is not aware of what he is saying, then his divorce does not take effect, as ruled by Ibn Baz, provided that his anger is intense and accompanied by a loss of awareness, and there is evidence for this.

Also, divorce during menstruation is forbidden but is effective according to the majority of scholars. Repeating the word of divorce with the intention of emphasis does not count as multiple divorces.

One must beware of anger, for it is the key to evil.
