If your friend was suckled by her grandmother, who is her paternal aunt's mother or her father's wife, and the milk was from the father, then she is a foster maternal aunt to her paternal aunt's son, and it is unlawful for him to marry her. If the paternal aunt is not such, and there is no other fosterage reason between them, then it is not unlawful for him to marry her. With the reminder that the fosterage that makes marriage unlawful consists of five satisfying sucklings.
