Does the heart pill placed under the tongue break the fast of the fasting person?

Swallowing this pill breaks the fast if its solution reaches the stomach or throat. It is not permissible to take it except in cases of necessity. Whoever takes it must make up for the missed days, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (But whoever among you is ill or on a journey, then [he must make up] an equal number of days on other days).
