The answer

If there are no other heirs besides those mentioned, then the inheritors among them are: the deceased's children, male and female. The full sister inherits nothing in the presence of male children, because they completely bar siblings from inheritance. The estate is divided among them, with the male receiving the share of two females. Allah, the Almighty, says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." (An-Nisa:11). The estate is thus divided into fifteen shares: two shares for each male and one share for each female.

Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts to verify the existence of other heirs, or wills, or debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs, to safeguard the interests of the living and the deceased.
