What is the share of each heir from the legal inheritance of the deceased, given that their heirs are: two sons, four grandsons (sons of a son), a maternal brother, three daughters, two granddaughters (daughters of a son), bearing in mind that the husband of her daughter is missing?

The daughter's husband is not among the heirs. The deceased's estate goes to her sons and daughters by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is nothing for the sons and daughters of the son, nor for the brother from the mother's side, as they are excluded by complete deprivation. Thus, the inheritance is divided into seven shares: two shares for each son and one share for each daughter.

It is advisable to refer matters of inheritance to the Sharia courts due to their seriousness, as there may be other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
