What is the share of each heir from the the deceased's estate if his heirs are four grandsons, two daughters, and one granddaughter, with two daughters who died during his lifetime, one of whom left two sons, and the other left two sons and a daughter?

A person who dies before their inheritor does not inherit from them, and the daughters' children are not among the heirs. If a man dies leaving two daughters, a granddaughter (daughter of a son), and four grandsons (sons of a son); the two daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the grandsons and granddaughter by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 27 shares: 18 shares for the two daughters (9 for each), two shares for each grandson, and one share for each granddaughter.

Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' rights.
