What is the meaning of the verses that speak of mountains being like molten copper and the sky like carded wool, and were they وردت بهذا اللفظ (mentioned with this exact wording) in the Holy Quran?

The text of the two verses: {The Day the heaven will be like molten copper. And the mountains will be like tufts of wool.} [Al-Ma'arij: 8-9].

Ibn Kathir said: Al-Muhl (molten copper) is like the dregs of oil, and al-'Ihn (tufts of wool) is carded wool. Al-Qurtubi said: Al-Muhl is the dregs and sediment of oil, and it is also said to be molten lead, copper, and silver, and it is also said to be like pus from blood and matter. And the dregs of oil are what remain at its bottom.
