Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to take natural herbal pills that increase estrogen secretion and lead to an increase in the size of areas of allure such as the thighs, buttocks, and chest, knowing that their ingredients are halal but their use is intended to enhance these areas?

Consuming pills made from natural or permissible ingredients to enlarge certain body parts can be permissible or impermissible, depending on the intention. The distinction lies between those who do so to remove a defect and those who do so to enhance beauty and attractiveness. Therefore, if a woman takes permissible pills to enlarge organs due to emaciation or poor growth, there is no objection, as it falls under permissible medical treatment. However, if she takes them to enhance beauty and attractiveness when the size of the organs is already normal, her action is forbidden and considered an alteration of Allah's creation, in accordance with His saying: "And I will surely mislead them and I will surely incite them to alter the creation of Allah." (An-Nisa: 119).
