What is the ruling on enlarging the breasts to please the husband and adding a mole to the face?

There have been many questions about cosmetic surgeries that enhance the value and beauty of the body, leading to dissatisfaction with one's appearance and body, and a rush to cosmetic surgeons to improve their looks, enduring pain, spending money, and facing risks. They have neglected the fact that Allah is the Creator who perfected their forms.

As for breast augmentation, its ruling varies depending on the method: 1. If it is done through consuming certain herbs, medicinal drugs, or physical exercises, there is no harm, provided that the outcome is safe, there is no anticipated damage, and these drugs are permissible. 2. However, breast augmentation for cosmetic purposes through surgical operations is not permissible.

Regarding the beauty spot (mole): If it is a mark that a woman places on her face for adornment using a pen or color, there is no harm in it, provided that it is not done by way of the forbidden tattooing, and that she does not display it in front of non-mahram men, with the obligation to remove it during ablution (wudu') or ritual bathing (ghusl) if it has a physical mass.
