Is the saying "As you condemn, so you shall be condemned" accurate, and if so, what is the action or solution, and does marrying a fornicator save one from this debt?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins, but Allah accepts sincere repentance that erases what preceded it. Allah rejoices at the repentance of His servant and replaces his evil deeds with good ones. Repentance consists of abandoning the sin, regretting having committed it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing one's sin. The rule "as you judge, so shall you be judged" has been weakened by some scholars. Although the texts and rules of Sharia bear witness to it, repentance erases the sin, and the occurrence of retribution is not inevitable, for Allah may forgive. One must hasten to sincere repentance and marry a chaste, religious Muslim woman, for marrying an adulteress offers no salvation.
