What are the meanings and implications of verse 69 of Surat Al-Ahzab?

Verse 69 of Surat Al-Ahzab warns believers against harming the Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) and forbids them from imitating the Children of Israel in their harming of their Prophet Moses (peace be upon him). Allah acquitted Moses of what they accused him of, as they accused him of being "ādar" (having swollen testicles). A stone then ran off with his garment while he was bathing, to show his innocence. It was also said they accused him of killing Aaron, so Allah revealed a sign to acquit him.
