What is the ruling on non-Muslims entering the mosque's courtyard designated and prepared for their reception during their events, and is this considered participation with them in their holidays?

If the courtyard is part of the mosque or included in its structure and wall, then it takes the ruling of the mosque, and a disbeliever is not permitted to enter it except for a legitimate interest. However, if it is separate from the mosque and intended for purposes other than prayer, it does not take the ruling of the mosque. Non-Muslims are prohibited from entering this courtyard if it is for celebrating their invalid holidays, because a Muslim is not permitted to participate with them in them or assist them in them. Likewise, it is not permissible to rent any part of the mosque to non-Muslims or to others, for the mosque was built for the worship of Allah, not for rent.
