Is ghusl or only wudu necessary before prayer when practicing premature ejaculation treatment exercises that may cause arousal but do not emit semen?

Ghusl is only obligatory upon the emission of semen, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "When you emit water (semen), then perform ghusl," and "Water (ghusl) is from water (semen)." If you feel the movement of semen but it does not exit, ghusl is not obligatory according to the majority of scholars. Wudu is not obligatory unless pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is emitted or another nullifier occurs. Thinking about intercourse with someone other than one's wife should be avoided, but thinking about intercourse with one's wife is permissible.
