Is it obligatory for a veiled Muslim woman working in a public place in Europe, which requires her to deal kindly with customers, most of whom are men, to leave her job because it may be Islamically forbidden, knowing the difficulty of finding another job and her necessity to combine prayers?

If a woman's work requires her to be lenient with men and to submit to them in word and deed to please them, then it is a forbidden work, and it is not permissible to continue in it, and the earnings acquired from it are unlawful. However, if the work is originally permissible, but the woman is overly amiable with men and submits to them, she is sinning by doing so. It is advised to repent and leave this work, for "whoever fears Allah — He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect." It is not permissible for a woman to combine prayers due to the presence of customers; she must observe the prayer at its prescribed time.
