Is my marriage void due to non-consummation for six months, and am I sinful for not divorcing my wife when she desired it, and does the divorce that occurred during menstruation or a period of purity in which we had intercourse count, and is it permissible for me to inquire about the occurrence of divorce after the Dar al-Ifta's fatwa, and is it possible to reconcile after not counting bid'i (innovated) divorces?

If a marriage fulfills its conditions and pillars, it is valid. You bear no sin for not responding to your wife's request for divorce unless she is harmed. Your subsequent divorce of her is valid and effective according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion. You must separate from your wife until she marries another man. This is because the majority view that a bid'ah (innovative) divorce takes effect, though sinful, unlike the view of Ibn Taymiyyah. If you acted upon the fatwa of the Dar al-Ifta (Fatwa Council) regarding the occurrence of the divorce, then it is binding upon you and you are not permitted to retract it.
