Is it possible to abandon Islamic values and principles to achieve goals, and what will society look like in the future?

It is not permissible to abandon Islamic values and principles for the sake of achieving personal material gains, except in cases of extreme necessity that entail perishment or something close to it. As for the future of society, it is part of the unseen, known only to Allah, but there are many glad tidings indicating the triumph and spread of Islam.
